When there is a small...I completely get it Melanie! When there is a small group it is easier to maintain files, or anything really. But when there are multiple departments (even though those departments are small) there is a need of a system. Any system really just have one, use it, and stick to it. You have to have centralized leadership decide how this stuff is done.
