Today is the big Autodesk event that I've been talking about. In a few hours I will be attending a live webcast featuring some key officials from Autodesk. In this even they will be launching their line of 2011 products! There are a lot of exciting things happening and additions to the software that we love and often love to hate.
If you are interested in seeing the webcast (look for me in the audience) go to this link and sign up:
http://www.autodesk.com/webcast
This webcast will demonstrate many of the new features of the latest versions of different Autodesk products.
I will soon start blogging about the new features myself and what they mean to you. How they can be applied to your daily design routines and how they can make you more efficient.
I know, you're saying to yourself, not another release. Well, I understand. I am a firm believer in staying up with the latest release. Knowing what the new features are, how they can be applied to what you already do can only make you better.
Stay tuned, watch the webcast, and follow this blog. Sign up for my RSS feeds, email alerts, or follow me on Twitter.
Happy CADDING.

greetings! i would like to know if u r aware of any books or pdf's, with drawing- house samples for autoCAD.generally im searchin sth to exercise on drawing houses. thnx! :)
ReplyDeleteAutodesk has some sample files. The links are here in Cate Morrical's Blog, LT UNLIMITED.
ReplyDeletehttp://ltunlimited.typepad.com/my_weblog/2010/03/sample-drawings-available-online.html
She posted about them a few weeks ago.
Also, a great resource for AutoCAD blocks and drawings is the CAD Block Exchange. www.cben.net/
This site has many DWG files that might suit your needs.
