If you are a fan of 3D printing and burritos then you have to check out Burritob0t! Burritob0t is a thesis project for maker Marko Manriquez at NYU’s Interactive Telecommunications Program. Mr. Manriquez says “ I made my little bot as a means of exploring my two passions – digital fabrication and good food.”
Yes, this device is an actual 3D printer that make burritos. Burritob0t is built upon the opensource hardware plans of Bart Dring‘s Ord/Hadron Bot and Makerslide and the reprap.org community. It has also involved a lot of insight, technical help and encouragement from John Dimatos of Makerbot (according to the burritob0t website.)
For a full list of all of the tech involved, see burritob0t’s “The Tech” page on their site.

A web app is planned to control the buritob0t and possibly an iPhone app. Why not right? If you want to know more, check out their site, blog, Twitter feed and photo stream on Flickr.
